BB♥ on the Oricon Weekly

While Taeyang focuses on his solo activities for Wedding Dress in Korea, Big Bang is together as a group in Japan. A little over a week ago they released their 3rd Japanese single titled Let Me Hear Your Voice (Koe wo Kikasete) and today they came in at number 4 on the Oricon Weekly sales chart by moving 20,051 units.

A pretty good number, they sold a little bit more with My Heaven and Gara Gara Go. Nevertheless, this still is an impressive feat. As a reminder it took TVXQ a few years before they started getting first place and 150,000 weekly sales on the Oricon, so it'll also be a slow process for Big Bang and they could grow into such popularity in the future. But I'm sure many of you miss them back in the motherland, hopefully Big Bang focuses as a group back in Korea, it's been way too long since they last released an album together in Korea. TaeYang's 2nd Digital Single "Wedding Dress"

TaeYang from Big Bang is going unveil his new single, "Wedding Dress" shortly. According to the YG Entertainment official press release today, TaeYang's 2nd digital single is coming out on the 13th. And TaeYang will continue his promotional activities, inclduing TV appearances, until the end of the year.

The single "Wedding Dress" was co-composed by Teddy and TaeYang and it's a slow R&B song that has both popular appeal and artistic merit, much like "Look Only at Me".

TaeYang will make the TV debut performance of his new single on SBS Inkigayo on the 15th, coming Sunday.

BIGBANG♥

BIG BANG (빅뱅) is an all male R&B and Hip-Hop group under YG Entertainment. The members were first introduced to the public through a 10 episode documentary that ran from July 15 - August 13, 2006. The show documented Yang Hyun Suk's decision to cut what started as 6 members to a 5 member group; though, he originally intended to cut 2 members. The group consists of 3 newcomers T.O.P, Seung Ri, and Dae Sung, and G.Dragon and Tae Yang, both of whom have done several collaborations with other YG Entertainment artists prior to debuting as part of Big Bang.
